Sausalito, which has long been considered a gay-friendly community, hosts its annual Pride Celebration in June. Festivities will include an opening night event with plenty of music, art and fun at the Sausalito Center for the Arts on June 15, followed by a Town Night Out, Jazz by the Bay and other events. Sausalito Pride is led by the organization’s ambassadors Wayne Kaleck and Michael Rose from Gene Hiller Menswear, in partnership with The Spahr Center, Marin County’s only LGBTQ+ nonprofit. June 16 Benefit Pancake Breakfast for Father’s Day on Mt. Tam

The famously traditional pancake breakfast fundraisers at the historic West Point Inn on Mount Tamalpais are back for the season—and what better way to treat Dad to breakfast and go for a hike or bike ride on his special day? The pancake breakfasts (which are held May-October on select Sundays) are entirely volunteer run; proceeds go to maintaining the West Point Inn, which operates as a nonprofit.
