Grapes are indispensable in California wine country, but so are apples. The abundance of this fruit is one reason Sonoma Cider opened its first brick-and-mortar taproom in the heart of Healdsburg. The 35-seat restaurant and taproom offers 23 craft ciders as well as a creative cocktail menu with a focus on hard cider. One favorite to get you through the cold winter is the hot toddy.
